Patricia Alves is of Cape Verdean American descent, to her mother Jacqueline Andrade born in Dakar, Senegal, as her father Setembrino Alves is from Praia, Cape Verde. Patricia was born and raised in the Historic New Bedford Massachusetts is also known as, "The Whaling City" Patricia was traveling back and forth to auditions and meet with her model development. As she started landing many bookings it became challenging driving every other day. She decided to continue furthering her career as an actor and made the move to New York City. On her journey, she dabbled in many different fields such as producing, writing and a personality/correspondent for radio stations where Patricia has done interviews with well-known artists on the radio, and red-carpet events. As she managed to attend auditions for commercial, print, film, and television she started to build herself up as a go-getter. Feeling the need to learn about the business side of the entertainment industry, she received her degree in Communications and studied Public Relations, Marketing, and advertisement and even landed an internship as a PR for Tribal Winds, New York's Fashion Week. With her journey expanding in all aspects of the entertainment world. She states: "I like to see myself as, a well-rounded person, easygoing and always positive and love learning about the field I'm in as a whole. Patricia admits living in New York has toughened her skin which helped her to become a better and effective communicator, a leader, a person who loves to serve and help others through her skills as well as doing charity work. She hopes to share her deepest life-changing experiences with other creatives in the acting and entertainment industry. When asked, "what are you looking forward to the most?" Patricia smiled and simply replied, " I'm looking forward to being on set with the greatest filmmakers and directors, and actors, in hopes to create lifelong and life-changing films that will inspire generations to come."
