Shannon Michael Wamser

Living in New York City, Shannon Michael Wamser is on faculty at the Molloy College/CAP 21 BFA program. He moved back from Los Angeles where he spent 3.5 years making films. Prior to that, he spent 14 years in New York City as a freelance actor and multidisciplinary theatre and film artist. Shannon Michael was born in New Mexico and raised in Pennsylvania. He has been involved in the Performing Arts from the age of eight. A classically trained actor, skilled physical comedian as well as an accomplished actor combatant, writer (stage and screen) and stage director, he holds a BA in acting/directing from DeSales University and an MFA from the Professional Actor Training Program at Ohio University/Cincinnati Playhouse on the Park. He is also the co-founder of *Some Assembly Required, a production company in Los Angeles.
