Patrick DiCesare is the founder and CEO of Artist Rights Distribution, Inc., a Los Angeles based independent distributor of media content, committed to representing artists' rights and interests in the marketing, distribution and sales of feature length films and episodic content. His firm distributes content internationally among different media, including theatrical, digital, multi-platform VOD, on physical product and in ancillary markets, with the goal of maximizing sales and net profit. The son of entertainment executive, Pat DiCesare, Patrick has deep experience working in entertainment marketing, publicity, promotions, public relations, and advertising. DiCesare's distribution company, Artist Rights Distribution, has relationships with all top grossing VOD platforms, including Netflix, iTunes, Amazon and Google Play, to name a few. Additionally, Artist Rights Distribution attends the top film markets and film festivals in the world, including the American Film Market and the European Film Market, leveraging relationships with sales agents and international buyers to fully exploit the firm's titles in all territories theatrically, on VOD, with broadcast media, on physical product and on other platforms. As an accredited industry professional at many film markets and festivals, DiCesare has access to literally hundreds of foreign buyers who are actively seeking content for their territories. Artist Rights Distribution's strengths are in its ability to deliver what many other distributors can't, including limited theatrical releases, targeted, sales driven digital marketing to drive continued transactional sales, reasonable expense caps and recoupments, and a practical windowing and distribution strategy that is customized for each title. Mr. DiCesare is an award winning executive producer, known for his work on the feature length narrative films Driving While Black and 7 Nightmares, among other titles.
