Daniel Redmond is a writer, director, producer, and occasional actor based in Sherman Oaks, California. A graduate of Southern Illinois University's renowned School of Television and Broadcast Production, Daniel has made a career of versatility, serving in roles ranging from producer to film editor for productions as diverse as MTV's The Real World, the Discovery Channel's Sea Tales, and the Food Network's Food Truck Wars. As a producer, he has conceived and produced numerous projects, many of which he has directed, including the improv-based comedy series Striker and Swat, LAPE: Life in the Red Zone, and The Patrol. As a writer, Daniel runs the gamut from web shorts to television to feature screenplays, including the comedy The Christmas Letter. Daniel's most recent directing and editing achievement was a pilot for the episodic television police drama Blue Cash Big Easy, which he created with his brother Reg, and shot on location in New Orleans.
