David Jones-Roberts

David Jones-Roberts, grew up with a home full of thespians and artists, in Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia. It was no surprise, when at the age of 11, he started his acting journey. Knowing he needed technique, professionalism and wit, he joined the Australian Theater company, to acquire the skills he thought necessary. Both his father, Daniel Roberts and Annie Swan began mentoring, David. Who are both, still critical in his growth and career, today. David's professional break, came when he booked the re-accruing, lead role as Xavier on Channel 7's, Home Away, at age 18. When he left the show at age 22, he went on to star with Dean Cain in the Lifetime, Romantic Comedy, Merry Ex-Mas. Then, booking the supporting role, in the renowned horror film, Cassidy Way. David has kept up his reputation as a serious working actor. From New York to Los Angeles (where David now resides) he has studied everything from Meisner to Stanislowski. The passion, David has for his work, pushes him for bigger and better. David, writes, creates, draws and films in his down time.
