Yinka Pearce-Tijani

Born on the 21st October, in Lagos Island, Lagos, Nigeria. Yinka is married with a son, Jason. She debuted her acting career in 2010 in TV Series Siblings, then took a break from the industry to work with Blackberry Nigeria, then to Real Estate. Unable to run from her passion, she returned to acting in July 2015, featuring as Zainab (Lakowe) in the TV Series Jenifa's Diary (2015). In 2016, she was unveiled as the lead actress for the TV Series - 90 Gogoro, Yinka Pearce-Tijani also played Tracy in the TV Series The Johnsons (2016-2017). This led to appearances in The Sync, You Me Maybe, Uncloaked, and special appearance in This Is It (2016). On the big screen, she featured as Aisha in the movie - Trace, then a comedic role as Stella in Wives on Strike 2 and Wives on Strike (2018). In 2018, Yinka Pearce-Tijani featured in the second season of the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards nominated TV series - Relatives (2017), and later in the year a crime movie - White Shadow. Yinka Pearce-Tijani graduated from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with a Bsc. in Sociology. She is also a member of both the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria. She is constantly learning. She attends Workshops and Masterclasses to improve her skill while working towards making her mark in Nollywood. Fluent in both English and Yoruba languages. She is passionate about helping people in her capacity, especially children.
