Ekaette Shammah

Ekaette Elizabeth Shammah is an award winning actress, animator and singer. She has starred in several television shows where she showcased her Groundlings comedic training. She has been featured as an athlete in films and TV because of her successful background, titles and awards in basketball, volleyball, and kickboxing. She is the owner of Set on a Hill LLC where they have animated and produced TV shows and commercials for the children's industry. Ekaette has won a film festival award for animation for Princess Ellie and the Feathered Prince where Ekaette was featured as an animator, singer, and actress. Ekaette is a natural storyteller and is the author of 6 children's books and several children's albums. Ekaette has a BA from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Houston - Victoria. As a children's singer and Kids DJ, Ekaette has performed worldwide in over 250 shows with her unique multilingual performances where she sings in over 30 different languages. She believes in education and has a charity program where she supports schools with curriculum and book donations.
