The Angel

Molly, 15, is the star student of her high-school class, and nobody suspects that she earns money at night as prostitute "Angel" on Sunset Boulevard. The well-organized separation of her two lives is shattered when two of her friends are slain by a necrophile serial killer. She's the only eyewitness and becomes a target herself. Investigator Detective Andrews helps her to not only survive but also to query why she keeps humiliating herself and get her to stop.

Molly, former baby prostitute "Angel" from Sunset Boulevard, has managed to leave her street life with help of Lt. Andrews. She studies law at an university and aims to become attorney. When she learns that Andrews was shot during a failed observation by brutal gangsters, she returns downtown to take revenge. She frees Kit Carson from the old people's home and together with the other old friends she tracks down the bad guys.

Molly is now a freelance photographer in New York. She runs across a woman at an art show that looks familiar. She goes to L.A. to find out that this woman is in fact, her mother. She also finds out she has a sister. The reunion is short-lived when her mother calls her to tell her that her sister is in danger and later, gets killed in an explosion. Molly must once again, become Angel to try and find her sister.

Molly is now a police photographer in a relationship with a DJ. Her old friend from the streets gets in touch with her. She's in town with a band and hot for the lead singer. Her friend gets murdered and Molly turns up at the scene to photograph the body. So, Molly again assumes the identity of Angel and hits the club scene to search for the killer - this time as a groupie rather than a prostitute.
