Red Cliff

Set in 208 A.D. during the final days of China’s Han Dynasty, the ambitious Prime Minister Cao Cao persuades the Emperor to declare war on Liu Bei, aiming to unite China under his rule. With a massive army, Cao Cao swiftly seizes territory, forcing Liu Bei's forces into a desperate retreat. Seeking allies, Liu Bei’s brilliant strategist, Zhuge Liang, negotiates a fragile alliance with Sun Quan, setting the stage for a showdown at Red Cliff.

In this sequel to Red Cliff, Chancellor Cao Cao convinces Emperor Xian of the Han to initiate a battle against the two Kingdoms of Shu and Wu, who have become allied forces, against all expectations. Red Cliff will be the site for the gigantic battle.
