Using soundtracks and extensive footage from many old movies, this spoof/homage of 1950's science-fiction films brings back many favorite actors from these classic movies, some reprising their former roles, to help destroy a giant stop-motion monster that is threatening to destroy Los Angeles.

Right after Disneyland opens in Anaheim, California, in 1955, a toy salesman in town for a convention brings his wife with him so they can both go to Disneyland. They stay at a rundown place called the Sunset Motel nearby. Soon the wife is having an affair with a man staying at the motel. The husband hires a psychotic criminal to spy on them, the wife and her lover plan to murder the husband, and the voyeuristic motel manager is spying on everybody.

Charlie's ex-wife disappears, and he travels to where she grew up--a rural town in the Midwest--to look for her. But, surprisingly, nobody knows about her or any of her many relatives, the Newmans. He meets aliens; but when he contacts the FBI, they don't believe him. He tells his story to a tabloid; and suddenly, he is chased by the aliens.

Billy and Kate, eager to start fresh after the chaos in Kingston Falls, move to New York City and land jobs in a high-tech skyscraper. However, their peace is shattered when Gizmo, their old Mogwai companion, is captured by scientists in the building’s lab. An accidental splash of water on Gizmo spawns a new batch of Gremlins, who quickly spread chaos. Now more dangerous than ever, the creatures plan to escape into the city.

An ex-fighter pilot faces his fear of flying to save a plane full of passengers when the crew falls ill. Armed with only his wit and assisted by a quirky cast of characters, he navigates through hilarious misadventures in the cockpit. The plane's oddball passengers add to the chaos. Through sheer luck and comedic skill, he manages to land safely. You should see this if you're in for non-stop laughs.

After an encounter at sea with an unknown underwater creature, a naval commander works with two scientists to identify it. The creature they are dealing with is a giant, radioactive octopus that has left its normal feeding grounds in search of new sources of replenishment. As the creature attacks San Francisco, the Navy tries to trap it at the Golden Gate Bridge but it manages to enter the Bay area leading to a final confrontation with a submarine.

Tuck Pendleton is a cocky pilot, who is taking part in a miniaturization experiment. When some bad guys break into the lab to steal the technology, one of the scientists takes a syringe which contains the miniaturized Tuck and vessel. Now in the vessel is half of the material needed to restore him. But the other half which is in the lab is stolen. The scientist is shot but before dying he injects Tuck into Jack Putter, a hypochondriac, who feels that something is wrong with him all the time. When Tuck links himself to Jack's systems, he discovers that something happened. So they go back to the lab and discover what happened. Now they are told that unless they retrieve the material that was stolen, they won't be able to restore Tuck before his oxygen is depleted. Now the government rep decides that the only thing that matters that as long as they have the other half of the material, it is useless to the thieves. So Tuck eggs Jack to go out and find them. They enlist the aid of Tuck's old girlfriend, Lydia, a reporter. And it's fortunate for them that she has a lead that pans out.

Scientists at an Arctic research station discover a spacecraft buried in the ice. Upon closer examination, they discover the frozen pilot. All hell breaks loose when they take him back to their station and he is accidentally thawed out!
