Coeurs Noirs (2023)

October 2016: Iraqi forces, backed by the US, are preparing to wrestle Mosul back from ISIL. Mam, the leader of an elite French commando unit, captures a high ranking jihadi, Zaid, who's prepared to do a deal. If Mam can get his daughter, Salwa, and his grandson away from her warlord husband and safely out of Mosul, Zaid will hand over vital intelligence to prevent further attacks. Counter-terrorism agent Adele begins the search for Salwa, joining Mam's unit in a highly explosive and unpredictable mission that takes them deep into the country, setting off a devastating chain of events.
