Inteqam revolves around the sentiments of jealousy, resentment and hatred when familial ties come in contact with competitiveness and comparison. Belonging to an upper-class respectable family, Waleed is a handsome young man who is profoundly in love with one of his cousins, Uroosa. Uroosa on the other hand is a kind-hearted and selfless girl who values the importance of relationships. With the conflicting mindset of her father and siblings, Uroosa is aware of her mother's helplessness and tries to offer her comfort and emotional support. While Waleed and Uroosa acknowledge each other's feelings they are also aware of certain family barriers and opposition that stand in their way. As people around them continue to create misunderstandings and mistrust, differences between Waleed and Uroosa are bound to increase. Despite all the injustice, will Waleed and Uroosa stand the test of time or will they continue to suffer the atrocities alone?
