Gourmet Makes (2017)

In this web series Claire Saffitz creates candy or confectionery from scratch from the Bon Appetit test kitchen. Each episode is centered around a single popular American candy or confectionery. First the treats are tasted, then the versions that are aimed to be replicated are chosen, after which the ingredients are read aloud, research is done and finally Claire aims to replicate the treats herself.
