Paulo Duarte dies. An apparent suicide that does not convince anyone - neither the police nor his sister Teresa, who decides to leave her peaceful life in Lisbon, to find out what really happened to her brother. Teresa is not mistaken and Paulo's death hides much more than it seems - unaware of her godfather's implications, she takes up a position at Mauro Galdón's corporation in Vigo. Although an inconvenience for Viñas, the inspector assigned to the case, Teresa becomes the drive that pulls on a coordinated investigation between the judicial police of Spain and Portugal, under the watchful eye of Interpol.
