In A3, the same story is presented under 3 different points of view of Cousseiro Tavira - a middle class family from São Paulo who lives between 1927 and 1958 and they are always put to the test with feminine taboos, such as marriage, divorce and sexism. Mrs. Adalgisa, Rodolfo's widow, lives in the Santa Cecília neighborhood, located in the city of São Paulo. She lives for her only son, Rogério and his happiness - or at least the happiness she thinks he deserves. Adalgisa organizes and reorganizes her son's love life behind his back with the help of Aunt Vitória, her best friend. The goal is to remove Ermelinda, the well-known "bastard" and divorcee in the neighborhood. She sees Rogério as a best friend for life and is confused with the impossible love - It is not impossible because of Adalgisa, but for the fact that Rogério doesn't like women, and ends up living a hidden romance with Álvaro. Álvaro goes to live with Ermelinda, whom he sees as the sister he's never had. Does Mrs. Adalgisa know about her son's true personality? Well - It doesn't matter, Rogério has arrived with Tatiana, the picture perfect bride. Sincere lies are always welcome - Especially now that the serial killer known as "The Strangler" has decided to kill men, strangers whom meet at night in the alley of the lost.
