-On air from 1972 to 1993. Every Saturday, for more than 20 years, a generation of young amateur athletes have seen their achievements broadcast on television. The "Les Héros du samedi" program was launched in the wake of the preparations for the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal (Canada), and allowed young athletes, some of whom would later become known to the general public - such as Wayne Gretzky, Sylvie Fréchette and Alexandre Despatie - to make their television debut. Jean Pagé, Lionel Duval and Pierre Dufault are among the hosts of this program.
