Thelma, an escaped convict, decides to hide in plain sight as a psychotherapist, while holding the real one hostage of course. She takes over Dr. Lock's identity and her patients. Thelma's advice may be a little unorthodox but it gets the job done. Plus she learns a little about herself along the way.
