Nastya Shestakova is a weather scientist. She is far from business, loves to observe nature and often hovers in the clouds. Everything changes dramatically when her father, farmer Egor Ivanovich, gets into a serious accident. The girl is forced to head a family agricultural enterprise. The already difficult situation is complicated by the fact that the eternal competitor of his father, the cold-blooded businessman Vladimir Zorin, intends to take the Shestakov lands into his hands at all costs. It's not easy for a kind, non-confrontational girl to fight back against the cheeky cynic Zorin. Fortunately, Nastya is supported by her childhood friend Ivan, who has long been secretly in love with her. The guy hopes that difficulties will only bring them closer. But Vladimir also intervenes in the relations of young people. It turns out that the paths of the main character and Zorin have already crossed before, and not at all in business.
