Kodeks molchaniya (1990)

In 1980, in an Uzbek city, the deputy head of the criminal investigation department, Pak, and a man who was with him in a cafe were killed. The head of the regional criminal investigation department Tura Samatov comes to the conclusion that the murder was organized by the leaders of the local drug mafia. Immediately after Samatov took search measures, he was sent to retire. However, Tura, together with his friend Valentin Silov, who was dismissed from the police on false slander, continues the investigation on their own. They manage to arrest the drug caravan and Pak's killer. But the exposure of the leaders is hindered by powerful forces interested in preserving the drug mafia.
