Ghostly Insanity (2015)

Ghostly Insanity follows two fourteen year old friends, James and Robert, on Halloween Night. After their long night of Trick or Treating, they return home to discover that their parents are missing. A mysterious note they find tells James and Robert to go to "Meadowlake Walk", the city's most deadly place. James and Robert must find out what's inside Meadowlake Walk and find their parents before a mysterious ghostly figure called "Ghostly Insanity" kills them.
