The Smash Brothers (2013)

None, though gender stereotypes are discussed in certain episodes, such as the role of the female gamer in the gaming community.

The video in question details the accounts of members of the smash community, those being games rated T for Teen. However, these games were designed by Nintendo to be played by almost everyone. Nothing violent or with gore otherwise, outside of a person being hit with a pillow (humorously.)

The terms "Rape" and "Gay" we're used to talk about the way they were used in general conversation.

Some cursing can be heard. While not in the interviews per se, an audible "F---" can be heard at several points, such as quite audibly the player "Wife" after losing to "Ken." Some of the bloopers contain this as well. Other curses but rarely. As is with other parts of the guide, it depends on episode completely.

Some alcohol is seen as well as party scenes with alcohol, especially in the episode entitled "The Natural."A lightly visible image with a person with what appears to be a bong appears in this episode as well. Certain "smashers" smoke though not a super common theme. It depends on episode in short. For example, Episode 3 featuring Isai does not contain any alcohol and is quite metaphysical/outdoorsy compared to the rest.

A person's death is discussed, though this is done more in depth in one of the bonus episodes. None in particular otherwise. The movie becomes intense, but more to make the person watching root for the people playing.

Overall:

The movie itself is a fascinating look into the Smash Community. While it is very long, it is quite worth it to watch. The movie does depict a large number of brand products and does advertise one specific game, being Super Smash Brothers Melee, heavily.
