What would happen if a storm breaches through all defenses on the Dutch and Belgian coastline? What if the government has to decide whether to evacuate or wait with this decision because it could lead to an economical standstill? What if food supplies, communications and a safe haven are gone? This series depicts a scenario about just that. A scenario that is not too far off reality.
