"Kzaiz Magazine Back Stage" is a TV series about the owner of an entertainment industry magazine, Mrs. Stone, and her company staff - the executives and other employees. The story unfolds when Mrs. Stone notices that she has hired a group of incompetent executives and as they realize that they can't treat her based on the old stereotype about women in power. What woke in them is a series of feelings and contradictions that leads to conflicts, sexual situations, energy and tension. The story shows behind-the-scenes of the industry with some drama, sprinkled with humor. The main story develops between: Mrs. Stone is a Latin woman trying to run an entertainment business in the Unites States with her dysfunctional staff. She's a young woman with a strong character, highly competent, and very demanding but also respectful which is the reason the staff love working for her. She tries not to express her own emotions however one of the few times the audience can see her vulnerability is when she is taking dancing lessons with her best friend. Mr. Rustbelt, one of the executives, was a successful entrepreneur who lost his own company due to neglect after discovering that his ex-wife was cheating on him with another man. He now has strange feelings for Mrs. Stone however will do anything to maintain his position next to her. Don Donoit, another one of the executives, is a simple guy who was once a top salesman but is now doing insignificant things to cover his lack of productivity. Mrs. Stone like a lot of him because is a manageable and loyal, but he also have his dark side. Edmund Freud, another one of the executives, was also once a good salesman but his overindulgence with woman, alcohol and gambling in his past destroyed his focus and ability, however he knows that he can't afford to lose his job and so compensates by trying very hard, yet with poor results, to do perform his duties. Miss Linda is a widow who Mrs. Stone found crying in front of a bridge and decided to bring to work for her. Miss Linda is very efficient and loves working with Mrs. Stone. She is grateful to her and is now almost always happy. Mohammad is Mrs. Stone's best friend and dancing instructor however has feelings for her which he tries to control because he is afraid of losing her friendship. Peter is a very ambitious guy who wants to be successful in the entertainment industry just to impress and demonstrate to his mother that he can be different than his father but repeatedly finds himself getting into trouble. Intertwined throughout the story are the lives of other important characters such as make up, hosts, celebrity guests, and more.
