landlord (2017)

This absurdist comedy takes place in a small suburban town in Connecticut. Colin Brook, a douche in need of money, rents his spare room to a mysterious stranger, Edwin. Edwin a strange man with a paranormal aura surrounding him. Despite Edwin's intimidating appearance and demeanor, Colin allows his greed to get the better of him and rents the room to him. Colin is increasingly baffled by Edwin's inexplicable hi-jinx. And being bound by an iron clad contract, Colin has no escape from Edwin's oppressive presence group of bizarre guests.
