Shin Suk Ho (Ji Sung) was once a hotshot director at South Korea's biggest entertainment company, but as the CEO of a small agency, he discovers there's more to the business than glamour. Forced to wear different hats, Suk Ho juggles everything from talent recruitment to managing fledgling trainees-eventually discovering his true calling as a band manager.
