When Leigh is hired she isn't fully prepared for the eccentric personalities she is soon to be saturated with. Working service industry you become a weird sort of family; like it or not, hate them or love them, you work close and become a family. The premise of TIPS is to observe the quirky family of Leftovers and all the ups and downs of both the business, the day to day struggles of working in a restaurant, and the social dynamics between all who clock in and out.
