Another running gag involves a parody of Miley Cyrus trying to be nice through the UK crowd but always does something inappropriate.

Occasional slapstick violence. Played for laughs.

"Fuck" and "Shit" are said numerous times alongside other words, all played for laughs and for sexual related jokes. It is what you are expecting from a Keith Lemon series.

One of the skits - "The Great British Piss Up", a spoof of "The Great British Bake Off", has contestants trying to get as drunk as possible within the shortest time.
