Rusty Revolver: Origin (2017)

10-year-old Rusty has grown up idolizing the cowboys we've all watched on TV, studying their every move. But when his dad gets the family into trouble, he's just not fast enough to save his parents from Deacon (Vernon Wells, "Commando") and his goons.
