"It's gonna rain - I should bring an umbrella. But what if the metal in it attracts lightning and it strikes me down dead? I just won't leave the house." - This is the anxiety thunderstorm that is Brittany's head. So of course, when the aspiring screenwriter finally takes a risk and moves out on her own, it doesn't go well. But as she seeks support and refuge from the women in her life, she'll find that they're all struggling to just get a grip on life.
