Le retour (1996)

Madeleine is resurfacing after 23 years of absence. Her husband Maurice has succeeded, thanks to the invaluable help of his sister Rose, in bringing up her three children properly, ensuring them a good education and a more or less normal life balance. The children are now adults in their thirties and have struggled to forget their mother. Is reunion necessary after all these years?
