There are a lot of fights that frequently take place on the show, some get physical and result in players getting sent home by production.

Security sometimes has to step in and break up fights between players before they get physical and violate the rules.

There was a fight on Final Reckoning where a man got body slammed over pasta.

A very gruesome fight takes place on The Duel II, as one man tries to heavily injure the other man.

Players constantly swear and talk down to other people in the house and at challenges. There is so much profanity that only fuck and sometimes shit is censored. It's to the point where any younger viewer who watches the show will realize what the bleeped word is being said by all the cast members.

Characters attend bars all the time and get severely drunk. This then leads to some players making bad decisions or get into huge fights.

Contestants often smoke cigarettes.

The fights on this show are very intense and may disturb younger viewers. Security often has to get involved in the fights, which make the fights very graphic and disturbing.

Contestants often cry on this show, especially after they get into an altercation or if they lose in an elimination.
