Casshan: Robot Hunter (1993)

One scene shows a woman held prisoner while wearing ripped clothing with her left breast visible. However, her hair is covering her breast most of the time, so the scene is only half suggestive, although her nipple is still briefly visible. There is also a very suggestive scene where the same woman is in a shower and we see her entirely naked, but only the breasts and buttocks are shown. Another brief scene of a male portrayed as a guinea pig for an experiment is naked, but the private parts are either shaded or not shown. Finally, there are a couple of moments where a woman's breasts are bouncing and jiggling suggestively for a bit.

Various humans get killed throughout a majority of the OVA. There's also one brief scene where a character is bleeding to death on the dirt.

Only a little bit of swearing in most of the episodes.

A scene involving a character detonating a bomb is slightly frightening.
