30-year-old Victoria (Vika) Prutkovskaya works in a small women's-clothing store owned by her boyfriend Anton. She's pretty and she knows what she wants from life--but her plans collapse in an instant when Anton fires her, job-wise and relationship-wise. Now she tries to sell cosmetics to office workers and owners of private apartments, and fate lands her at the Shatalins', who need a nanny for three children. This can only happen in a fairy tale: a luxurious apartment of a famous producer, its owner Maxim, a smart, charismatic man is the dream of any woman: a decent salary and cute children with whom Vika immediately became friends. Shatalin's wife died and he, protecting the children's psyches, didn't want to remarry, so he hired a nanny for them. Vika's arrival turns the orderly household, so long protected by butler Konstantin, upside-down. Vika is initially surprised by the prevailing rules, such as changing into suits for dinner, and people from the TV crowd congregate in the hallway, but over time she becomes an integral part of the Shatalins' life.
