HBO Boxing After Dark (1996)

Like its sister show, there is no sex, but during heated confrontations, sexually explicit comments are made by boxers to insult their opponents (about their wives/girlfriends). It wasn't always like this, but it got more common during the 1990s, when bragging/battle/hardcore/gangsta rap got popular, and became the entrance music of many boxers, like Mike Tyson.

Like its sis show, on & off. But when it happens it's very graphic, and strong. Usually hard R (UK-equivalent 18) language. Usually during the entrance (if it's hip hop) of fighters who love rap, during breaks between rounds when profane coaches are drilling their boxers, during the segments about the boxers (which can be intense), or during the more heated moments between fights (if there are two fights on that particular program), or before the first one of course.

As usual some smoking and drinking, but never really that many drug references. For the most part it's mild

Moderate (this is a cue towards IMDB management, as my "Severe" rating was a mistake). As expected, given the competitive nature of boxing, this is to be expected. There are some tense arguments, before the first fight usually, and (given there are two fights featured on the program and its night) in between fights. But it's usually never like this
