Males and females from early puberty up through adulthood are shown fully nude. Closeups of all body parts are shown, including the penis and vulva. Foreskins are retracted and labia are spread to show the full anatomy. In one episode the anus's of different men and women are shown.
A female doctor is shown examining an adolescent male's genitals during a physical checkup. First she inspects the penis and testicles for lumps or bumps by hand. Then she retracts the foreskin and checks the glans for any discoloration. Afterward she uses a swab to check the male genitals for STD's. She spreads the urethral opening of the glans with her thumb and index finger. She proceeds to carefully insert the swab deep into the male's urethra and briefly spins the swab inside the urethra to collect the fluids within the penis. After enough lubricant has been collected, she carefully withdraws the swab out of the urethra and places it inside a test tube. The female doctor then pulls the foreskin over the glans and covers the penis with a towel.
A female doctor examines an adolescent male's sex organ anatomy during a segment in front of a live audience. She cups the male's testicles in the palm of her hand and gently squeezes each testicle to show the tubes connected to the testes inside the scrotum. She then lifts the male's penis and retracts the foreskin over the glans to inspect the tip of the penis. Later she holds the glans and carefully spreads it open with her fingers in order to show the urethral opening. Afterward she pulls the foreskin back over the glans.
