The Phantom (2009)

A couple is seen passionately kissing briefly.

A mother and father are murdered and shown in a bathtub with blood all over them and bloody handprints on the wall. A man is impaled on a spike after a fall. A man is hit with a golf club and blood spirts all over his white suit. A man has his throat cut with a saber and blood is shown spirting onto an adjacent window. His head falls forward onto the conference table and blood pours all over the table as the conference members finish their meeting. Two men are shot and bloody chest wounds are shown with blood all over their shirt. A man shoots himself in the head and blood is shown splattered all over the front of a yellow taxi. A paramedic tries to kill a patient in the ambulance with a scalpel. A facility is entered and security guards and other personnel are seen dead with bloody wounds. A woman is dying and blood is seen coming out of her mouth as she tries to talk and there is blood all over her hands.

A mother is seen driving in a high speed chase, pursued by men who are trying to kill her or run her off the road while she tries to comfort her toddler son who is in the back seat. Their car plunges into a river. A boy discovers his slaughtered parents upstairs in the bathtub with blood all over them and the bathroom and he is shown retching.
