At the Camping (1989)

Late 1980s Plaka Beach, Drepano, Gulf of Argolis. Not knowing what to expect, free-spirited shepherd Mitsos sets foot in 'Triton Camping', the tranquil campsite of young entrepreneur Takis, after landing a job as the establishment's new riding instructor. As Mitsos learns the ropes from the camping site's veteran employees--including pensive water-ski instructor Spiros, happy-go-lucky lifeguard Theo, and Thimios, the cook--a chance encounter with beautiful German mother-of-one Samantha will pave the way for an unexpected, life-altering whirlwind romance. In the meantime, forbidden affairs, ardent passions, and well-buried secrets blur the fragile line that separates love from hate, affection from resentment, and fantasy from reality.
