Precious (2012)

This is a remake of Singapore's blockbuster drama, "The Little Nyonya". Set during the 1930s to 2000s, "Qian Jin" spans three generations and is about a young girl named Ling Qian Jin who was orphaned as a toddler. A decade later as a young lady, she rediscovers her family and her identity. Qian Jin goes through hell as her step-grandmother bullies her while also being caught in a love triangle. Will Qian Jin resign to fate or rewrite it?
