Wishful Genies (2018)

Middle-Eastern comedy duo Fady Ghali and Rob Michaels utilize a multitude of genres to offer a fresh perspective on topics such as race, pop culture, relationships, current events, technology, and any human behavior they find interesting enough to scrutinize. The two play an assortment of characters who generally fail to achieve what they desire no matter what tricks they pull from their hats. Though they're rarely able to grant their own wishes, it never stops them from trying again and again in different contexts. They dive into many topics that reflect how they see the world, and frequently tackle important subjects in one sketch while being just plain silly in the next.
