'No Longer Human' is a magical-realist, body horror, comedy following Harper Cuthbert, a workaholic statistician, overly preoccupied with career contrivances and professional reputation. Her detachment from personal connections and vulnerability seems to be paying off when she finally receives the opportunity to travel and present at a work conference. However, when a strange illness befalls her upon her arrival at the hotel, Harper is forced to reckon with her own identity both physically and mentally. Infection soon takes hold of her body, contorting it into something inhuman.
