Maxi Grant, A former military special operation forces soldier from Cleveland, Ohio, has to live daily with the grief of his parents deaths. His Father was burned alive in a abandon building and his mother died from a deadly contact of fentanyl from a DEA seizure. He's associated with a neighborhood group, The Outfit. The Outfit, wants to build up the black community and run respectable businesses under the watch of Darnell Money. They stumble across mob boss Nucci, he's extorting their money and occasionally trying to harm them. A surprising sexual affair rises between both organizations after a secret confession.
