Retired DySP Udhayabhanu narrates events of his professional life in a TV program. That is how he reveals the intriguing details of the 'Chepanamthota case', a milestone event in his career. A string of events was set off when the strict Circle Inspector Jayashankar and SI Karthik, who had a history of earning punishment transfers in quick succession, started working together.
