Stay Alone (2023)

David, a horror film fanatic, admires his newly acquired poster when he is interrupted by his girlfriend, Stephanie, who is constantly at odds with David's obsession. Completely disinterested in placating her, David turns one of his favourite movies on only to find a nationwide emergency notice being broadcast on every channel. Convinced that he's living in a horror movie of his own, David's world descends into chaos as paranoia ultimately takes a hold of him and leads him to definitively push Stephanie away once and for all.
