Theatrics (2022)

In the spring of 1945, just before the end of the war, in a village. Three women have married into the Shimada family. The three sisters-in-law, who are not related by blood, continue to protect the house while the men are away during the war. The eldest daughter-in-law, Chie, who is supposed to be the matriarch of the family, is worried sick. Emi, the third sister-in-law, spends her days caring for her sister-in-law. The second son's wife, Yoko, suspects that Chie is pretending to be crazy. Soon, the demon appears in front of the women again. The world is flipped upside down and the act is seen through.
