23 Peas-A Foster Care Short by Gabe Braden (2017)

A social worker rushes to stop an abusive father from taking his son away from a loving foster care family, all while attempting to maintain a stable and livable home life. When the father shows up to the foster family's home, the parents are devastated and reluctant to give the child up. The social worker does not want to hand the child over to the father, knowing that he is better off with the couple, but the broken foster care system forces her to relinquish control over to the father.
