XES Diner (1998)

XES DINER is a character driven drama that comedic explores the conversations of one late night diner's clientele. Family, friendships and offers sex are the topics served under the flickering fluorescent glow. Thoughts and theories about sex span a cultural and generational gambit as broad and expensive as the caffeine- ridden characters telling their stories. This film was part of the Kick-Start program offered by The Directors Guild of Canada and Telefilm Vancouver chapter /The initiative is designed to kick-start market driven-feature films and support the next generation of feature film makers in Canada. The program features producers, executives, dedicated story editors and other industry experts who teach participants important aspects of feature film development including distribution, pitching, writing and financing.
