Rich brat Vikram gets sucked into a circle of lies and deceit by a strong-arming politician Rana- bringing his father Dilraj's industrial empire and its workers to a stand-still. Dilraj (Tarsem Paul), his loyal friend Param (Paramjit Khaneja) and Vikram (Yuvraj Aulakh) must now face Rana to save the empire and bring Vikram back to the right path.
