The Broadway Boys

It is the dawn of the Cold War and the Civil Rights movement in the United States. In the mid 1950s street hustler and gangster Sammy Carter( Ramone Palmore) builds power over the streets of Portland as a bootlegger and bank robber. As he gains clout, the Mafia "asks" him to leave in no uncertain terms. When one of his brothers is killed, Sammy declines, in villainous fashion.
