Sultana's Dream (2023)

Isabel Herguera's visually stunning debut, which premiered at the San Sebastian International Film Festival, is inspired by Begum Rokeya Hossain's 1905 feminist tale of a utopian society ruled by women. It follows Inés, a young Spanish director, as she discovers Hossain's work and sets out to discover the world she imagined.
