Yi Zhi Xie (1959)

Mr. and Ms. Mao were famous surgeons/internal medicine doctors in their town. They were kind, loyal, nice and skilled. One day, Ms. Mao went to help deliver a baby and drank some celebrating wine and got drunk. On her way back home, she came across a big tiger. Yet, the tiger did not hurt her; on the contrary, the tiger kindly "invited" her to go to the cave to help the female tiger in delivering their tiger babies. On the second day, Mr Mao came to heal the female tiger's wound as promised by Ms Mao. However, at the same day, a merchant was murdered nearby.
